Sometimes we come in situation when we try to print some document in widows but we can not. After checking the problem we discover that no printer is displayed in the list of printer under control panel and can not add any.
The problem is related to spooler service which is down, trying to start “Printer Spooler” will not fix the problem because it will stop immediately.
What to do:
Very easy, scroll to “C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS” and check that the folder is empty.
if you find some files there then just delete them, start the “Printer Spooler” and print your document
if the problem didn’t solve, then they are some problem with your document which hung your spooler service. Try to fix the corrupted file.
